Tibetan Singing Bowl

In Buddhist practice, singing bowls are used as a support for meditation, trance induction and prayer.

I find that the resonating sound of the struck bowl brings clarity and peace and clears the surrounding environment of any undesired negativity. The stones I've placed around the bowl are changed from time to time, and designate specific thoughts I wish to focus on that day.

I find that when you know how to use the tibetan bowls you can assist other people. I have been able to take away physical pain, pain of the heart and emotional pain. regards, Ira
